Hardev Singh, head of Nirankari Mission, was killed in a road accident in Canada on Friday.
The chief minister said certain "leads" have been found which are being pursued aggressively and assured that culprits would soon be arrested. The chief minister has also announced a reward of Rs 50 lakh for anyone providing information on those involved in the blast.
Information can be provided on the Punjab Police helpline -- 181, officials said, adding the identity of the informer will be kept a secret.
The other deceased were Sandeep Singh, a resident of village Rajasansi, and Kuldeep Singh.
